The Behavioral Health Division of the St. Mary’s County Health Department serves as the Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA) in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. The LBHA is the local point of contact for assisting individuals with access to behavioral health services (mental health and substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery). It is responsible for monitoring and improving behavioral health systems to provide better outcomes for our community.
