LEONARDTOWN, MD (January 18, 2023) – The St. Mary’s County Health Department (SMCHD) announced the temporary closure of operations at the Health Hub, located at 21625 Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, on Thursday, January 19, 2023, due to plumbing issues. Community members needing COVID-19 rapid testing can be seen at the SMCHD main office in Leonardtown from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. by appointment only. Those who have previously scheduled COVID-19 testing appointments will be contacted to move their appointment to the SMCHD main office in Leonardtown. Normal operations at the Health Hub should resume on Friday, January 20, 2023.
