Community members can use the St. Mary’s County Geographic Information Systems (GIS) map to search for available land records (e.g., on-site septic system).
Find Your Records
- Go to the St. Mary’s County GIS webpage
- Use the search bar (top left) to find available records for a property by address or Tax ID
- Click on the property
- A pop-up box should appear with property descriptions and more info sections
- Note: If the pop-up box indicates (1 of 2) at the top, click the right-facing arrow to show property descriptions and info sections
- In the County section, click/select More info
- Scroll down to Health Dept records
