Health Department Announces February 23 Weather Closure
LEONARDTOWN, MD (February 22, 2026) – Due to inclement weather, the St. Mary’s County Health Department (SMCHD) will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026. This includes the main office in Leonardtown and all satellite offices. Community members scheduled for appointments will be contacted directly to reschedule. SMCHD will communicate any further closures or delays, as necessary.
