“As we work to mitigate the impact of newer, more contagious strains of the COVID-19 virus, it’s important for our community members to wear more effective masks when indoors with persons outside their household,” said Dr. Meena Brewster, St. Mary’s County Health Officer. “KN95 masks, N95 masks, ASTM-rated medical grade surgical masks, and double-masking with surgical masks significantly impact transmission of this virus and help protect our whole community.”
“The library is delighted to help our County Government and Health Department protect our community against virus transmission. KN95 masks are vital tools for keeping our county residents safe and healthy,” said Michael Blackwell, St. Mary’s County Library Director.
