Strong Beginnings

The Strong Beginnings Program provides intensive case management services for pregnant persons with substance use (drugs, alcohol, and/or vape products).

Services

  • Virtual and/or in person Home/Community visits
  • Individualized case management and care coordination
  • Education on substance use disorders
  • Referral and linkage to community resources
  • Resources for positive child development

Benefits
