Mentoring youth through the challenges of childhood and adolescence helps build resilience, mental well-being, and crucial life skills. By offering guidance, mentors improve academic performance, foster healthy relationships, and strengthen social skills, all while providing support that can prevent drug misuse and addiction. This positive influence not only empowers individuals but also strengthens communities, creating a cycle of growth and resilience that benefits everyone involved.
