Environmental Health Records

Community members can search for available land records (onsite septic system) using the St. Mary’s County Geographic Information Systems (GIS) map.

Environmental Health services are currently limited due to a state IT network issue.

Find Your Records

  1. Click View All County Maps on the St. Mary’s County GIS webpage
  2. Use the search bar (top left) to find available records for a property by address or Tax ID 
  3. Click on property
    1. A pop up box should appear with property descriptions and more info sections
    2. Note: If the pop up box indicates (1 of 2) at the top, click the right facing arrow to show property descriptions and info sections
  4. In the County section, click/select More info 
    1. Under the Property Information, click Health Dept records

If you find that any Mapping Applications are not functioning properly, please submit information through the St. Mary’s County feedback page.
